Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Long will my order take?
    We aim to have orders posted within 7 working days. We post everything first class signed for via royal mail.
  • Do you post outside of the UK?
    At the moment we only post within the uk.
  • Custom Orders and Colours.
    We are more than happy to work with you to create the perfect product. If you are looking for a specific colour or item that is not listed, please contact us via the contact form to discuss further. Please note there may be a small fee for this.
  • Refunds and exchanges.
    Due to items being personalised we do not offer refunds unless your item is proven faulty within 14 days of receipt. When ordering please ensure all spellings/ details are correct, We are only able to print what has been confirmed so work on a copy and paste system to ensure there is no spelling mistakes. Due to this we do not offer refunds due to misspellings.
  • Processing times
    We take extreme pride in our work, As a small business I work hard to ensure that all of our products are sent with precision and finesse. I work hard to get products printed, packaged and with you as soon as possible, however i do ask that you allow a 1-2 weeks wait time from ordering to allow us to process, print and deliver your orders.
  • Shipping / Tracking orders.
    We aim to get your products dispatched as soon as possible, Once your orders are complete and dispatched you will receive a dispatch email informing you that your order is on its way. Although we send everything first class signed for, please allow 3-5 working days* from your shipping confirmation. *Due to ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail orders may take longer than expected. Please use your Tracking Number from your dispatch email to check on the status of your order, if you've waited longer than 5 workings days since receiving confirmation that your order has been dispatched,
