Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases are made to order and dispatched within 5-7 working days, unless notified otherwise, via the option selected at checkout.

When your order is dispatched you will receive your order tracking information via the e-mail address entered at checkout.

We use Royal Mail, or DPD for all shipping and as such, when services are not operating (E.g. Industrial Action, Public Holidays, or other events) in the days immediately following receipt of your dispatch e-mail, you may experience a short, unexpected delay in receiving your item. While this is outside of our control, we always aim to dispatch and get your item to you as soon as physically possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (Personalised Items)

Returns are accepted for personalised items within 14 days of receipt only if the item is proven faulty - as personalised items are unique to each customer.

When ordering please ensure all spellings/ details are correct, We are only able to print what has been confirmed so work on a copy and paste system to ensure there is no spelling mistakes. Due to this we do not offer refunds due to misspellings.

Important Notice Regarding Fonts: Due to the natural variation regarding font styles, there are occassions where names/custom text can appear to merge letters, or where capitalised letters are displayed as large lower-case letters. If you are uncertain about how your product may appear, please contact us prior to ordering for a 'proof' of the design of your order. 

If no proof is requested, no returns, or refunds will be offered for issues regarding font style, and variations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (Non-Personalised Items)

Returns are accepted for non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging.
